1. Delivery Method

Most domestic packages are sent through Australia Post or Startrack Express courier service and will attract a variable shipping fee based on estimates given by the transport company.

2. Processing Times

Orders for stocked items usually ship within 24 hours of payment/invoice. Mermed will advise of lead times for non-stocked items within 24 hours of order.

Delivery times vary, and once a parcel is in the hands of a transport company, Mermed has little influence. However, our customers generally receive their deliveries as per below:

Deliveries must be inspected for transit damage by the receiver before acceptance. Mermed cannot credit items damaged in transit if they are accepted and signed for by the receiver.
